Appointment Commitment Policy – Up to Pitch Piano Tuning Services
We understand that plans can change, and we strive to be as flexible as possible. To ensure fair scheduling and availability for all our clients, we kindly ask that you review and adhere to the following policy:

Advance Notice for Changes
We require at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. This allows us to offer the appointment to someone else in need of service.

Short-Notice Changes
​Appointments changed or canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a $50 adjustment fee, as this time is rarely able to be filled last-minute.

Missed Appointments
If no one is present or reachable at the scheduled location and time, the appointment will be considered a missed visit, and the full service fee may apply.​
Emergency Exceptions
We understand that emergencies happen. Please contact us directly in case of illness, emergency, or unforeseen circumstances. We will handle such situations with discretion and understanding.
Weather and Technician Availability
In rare cases of severe weather or technician illness, we may need to reschedule your appointment. We will notify you as early as possible and prioritize your new booking.
